Welcome to Evans' Family Kitchen & Catering, we are honored to have you visit our website. Evans' Catering began its journey in 2010 as a family operated kitchen and catering service. 

 

Our mission is to provide  appealing cuisine with consistent sensational taste, spectacular presentation/set-up, and quality service. E.C.S. has the versatility and flexibility to serve diverse menus at various venues.  Our service includes wait staff, and event / wedding coordinator, to assist with your event details.  Our team's goal is to give a tasteful, heart-warming and unforgettable experience. 

 

E.C.S. is a proud supporter of community non-profit organizations such as House of Healing's  "Food to Feed" program,  as-well-as partnerships with Project Connect Nashville, United Brotherhood Ministry, Jubilee Nations Church, Preston Taylor Min. and other volunteer community support activities, whereas meals are prepared and delivered.

CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19

​

In response to the additional risks of the coronavirus Evans Catering has put in place the following Policies to address the risk of contracting and transmission of the virus.  Strict food hygiene rules are already in place, but extra vigilance will be taken which will include

All food production and office teams briefed and monitored with regards to the following

  1. Strengthened hygiene and the availability of disinfectants  - All staff must Sanitize before entering any event facility

  2. Shared equipment - phones, headsets, presentation laptops, clickers to be cleaned between each use.

  3. Inform owner or supervisor by telephone or email if you experience any flu like symptoms before arriving to work – you may be asked to self-isolate until a diagnosis can be made. 

  4. When entering work premises, before removing personal clothing, all staff should thoroughly wash their hands with hand-wash and then use sanitizer. 

  5. Please also adopt extra hygiene awareness at home and when returning to work.
